Provisioning addon

+ Improved action logging.
+ Client service details are now optional ( reverse dns, switch port status, rescue/resintall and bandwidth graphs ). Can be enabled/disabled in the admin addon settings to reduce load times.
+ Added software raid feature in the reinstall area. Because of API issues the custom disk partitions are disabled but will be added in next update.
+ Updated client area templates.
+ Because of security reasons, now the root password is hidden by default in the client area.
+ Minor bug fixes.
