* "Backup username" and "Backup password" are now optional.
+ Fixed a bug on account creation returning livedrive_id = 0
* Now it is possible to force the usage of the whmcs client email as username on all order form. It can be done by checking the "Use whmcs username" box in the addon configuration. It is only useful if you are planning to ONLY offer one livedrive account for each user, if you want to offer more than one, custom fields are required.
